Liner Notes

As one of the most powerful vocalists in heavy metal, Ronnie James Dio has fronted the likes of Elf, Rainbow, Black Sabbath (or Heaven and Hell as of 2006), and the aptly named Dio. Add to this impressive resume that he popularized the "devil's horns" hand gesture and it's safe to say that Dio is a metal legend.

In this "interview," Dio reads himself pre-written questions, the responses to which would go on to be edited into a King Biscuit Flower Hour radio show. The format suits Dio well, as he eloquently tells the tale of his career trajectory.
