This event was a combination Thanksgiving / Bill Graham Presents 20th Anniversary Party that featured 3 bands - Country Joe McDonald & Friends (including Barry Melton & David Cohen of the original CJ&The Fish lineup), KBC Band (with guests Spencer Dryden and an uber-rare Signe Anderson appearance - thus reuniting the original pre-Grace Slick lineup of Jefferson Airplane - minus Jorma) and a one-off reunion of the original lineup of Sons Of Champlin (who wouldn't perform again for another decade!).

These sets are interesting enough, but its the post-show Jam Sessions that make this an unbelievable thing to see! These jams contain some of the most astounding configurations of San Francisco-based musicians ever seen.
