Wu Tang Clan, a Staten Island, NY based rap group, were among the first to benefit from MTV support as mainstays of the program Yo MTV Raps. Formed in 1992, Wu Tang Clan were also among the first to gain fame via their feuds with other Rap artists, like 50 Cent and Notorious B.I.G.
