Playlist Description

This playlist re-creates a vintage King Biscuit Flower Hour Halloween broadcast from 1985. The program featured aptly titled songs by Edgar Winter ("Frankenstein"), Warren Zevon ("Werewolves of London"), Meat Loaf ("Bat Out of Hell"), Santana ("Black Magic Woman"), Ozzy Osbourne ("Bark at the Moon"), and many more. King Biscuit also enlisted the help of talented voice actor, Frank Welker ("Scooby Doo," "The Muppet Babies," "Family Guy"), who portrayed some enjoyably silly ghouls to narrate show and introduce the songs. This King Biscuit Halloween mix may not make you jump out of your skin from fright, but you will probably find yourself singing along with delight. Happy trick-or-treating!
