Patti LaBelle

Patti LaBelle's diva-licious career has spanned over four decades and a variety of styles from Baptist choir to funk. For LaBelle, each decade brought experimentation: the 1960s saw soul; the '70s, glam funk rock; the '80s, synthesized adult rock; and in 1991, "Burnin'" earned her a Grammy for Best Female R&B Performance. Entering her fifth decade and the 21st century as a top performer in both talent and draw categories, the soul veteran released Timeless Journey in 2004, proving that she's an eternal force.
