Liner Notes

After the release of his album Flash in 1985, Jeff Beck took a bit of a hiatus, trading in his axe for wrenches as he spent time working on cars. By the time this phone interview was recorded with Scott Muni for the World of Rock, he was just starting to climb back out of the garage.

The first half of the interview covers his work for the upcoming film Twins (starring Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny DeVito), including intros for his songs in that movie. The latter half addresses initial work for his upcoming album, Jeff Beck's Guitar Shop, which is the main focus of another Jeff Beck interview on this site.
