Jade Bird traveled from London to visit the Paste studio in New York, where she performed three tracks from her new EP, Something American. The English singer-songwriter showed off her country, pop and folk influences during her intimate performance, beginning with the EP's title track, followed by "What Am I Here For" ("the saddest song I've written") and ending with more upbeat track, "Cathedral."
