These are unreleased studio recordings. Considering this date is a couple of weeks before they launched a big reunion tour, I'm betting these are tour rehearsals recorded in a studio. What has me convinced of this is that these 7 tracks are the first 7 tracks played every night on that tour - in the exact same sequence. Being studio recordings, the quality is virtually perfect, with the exceptions of the 1st and 7th tracks. The 1st track begins in progress and the 7th track ends still in progress, so those two are incomplete.
