Harmonica wizard Charlie Musselwhite made a name for himself as one of the hottest white blues players of the sixties. He debuted in 1966 and has since released fifteen solo albums and played on albums by John Hammond, Doc Watson, and Tracy Nelson, among others. Moving easily between rock and blues, he mixes music from his Mississippi Delta roots with Chicago jump, jazz, and rock, with improvisation as a main technique. He continues to tour and release recordings.
