The handbill was 1st printed before the concert. Some copies have a smaller printer's bull's eye that was used for printing alignment at the right end of the ticket outlet strip. It measures 4 1/4" x 7 1/4".

Pomegranate Artbooks reprinted this handbill in 1994. This 2nd printing measures 4 1/16" x 7 1/8" and is back-stamped with a Pomegranate imprint.
