Bluesman Buddy Miles' stints range from drummer with Jimi Hendrix's Band of Gypsys to lead vocalist of the California Raisins. In 1967, Miles joined Mike Bloomfield (of the Paul Butterfield Blues Band) in Bloomfield's Electric Flag. After leaving Electric Flag in '68, Miles collaborated with Hendrix on several projects.
