This remarkable event took place at The National Building Museum in Washington, DC as part of the celebrations surrounding Bill Clinton's 1993 inauguration. It was open to the public but one had be from Arkansas to attend and they had to show an Arkansas driver's license to enter the building. Many of the musicians were from the Arkansas area (The Cate Brothers Band, Levon Helm, Ronnie Hawkins).
