Playlist Description

The older brother of Stevie Ray Vaughan was born in Oak Cliff, Texas on March 20, 1951. After relocating to Austin in the late '60s, he formed The Storm and by 1974 formed The Fabulous Thunderbirds with vocalist-harmonica ace Kim Wilson. He received a Grammy for this 1990 collaboration with brother Stevie, Family Style and in 2001 won another Grammy for his album, Do You Get the Blues?
